- Behavioral Coaching with you and your new friends—helping you accomplish your goals. Today you're working on healthy ways to manage stress.
- Off to the beach. The weather is perfect and the water is warm and inviting for swimming, boogie boarding, and body surfing.
- Dinner and shopping. Practice healthy ordering at a local restaurant and then enjoy amazing shopping in San Diego.
